LCDR Francis Carson, SC, received the Quilt of Valor during a luncheon and Awards Ceremony at the Southern Utah VA Home in Ivins, Utah.
In addition to the Quilt of Valor, Sherwood Preece awarded the Viet Nam Pin, Viet Nam and Korea Commemorative Books, and the Utah Cold War medal.
Captain Greg Johnson, Captain Stew Nelson, LCDR Paul Browning and LT Les Holden were also awarded the Cold War Medal and Certificate.
